 I agree to the following payment terms for my PREMIUM Certified Executive Career Coach Training and Certification Registration.
- I understand I am committing to paying in full as this is a comprehensive program I am enrolling in.
- This is a morally and legally binding agreement. Payments are non-refundable.
- I understand I will be responsible for any legal or collection fees which might arise and any expenses which may be incurred by Career Coach Institute in efforts to obtain full payment if I fail to meet the conditions of this Agreement.
- I understand that I will receive access to the Authentic Vocation and QuantumShift Coaching Models, the Career Coaching Success Center Virtual Learning Community, the Career Coaching Success System, Mentor Coaching, Core Career Coaching Teleclasses, Executive Career Coaching teleclasses, over 200 hours of audio training on your web site, and other benefits as part of my CECC program.
- I understand that I may return the materials for a refund within the first 30 days, but that after 30 days from my enrollment date there is no refund available.

I agree to the following payment terms for my PREMIUM Certified Executive Career Coach Training and Certification Registration. I understand I am committing to paying in full as this is a comprehensive program I am enrolling in.
This is a morally and legally binding agreement. Payments are non-refundable. A 10% late fee will be charged for payment not received, or unable to be processed, by each installment due date.
- I understand that if, for any reason, I do not make a full and complete payment, then I will no longer be eligible for this payment plan and I will be fully responsible for the total sum plus 10% interest, immediately.
- I understand I will be responsible for any legal fees which might arise and any expenses which may be incurred by Career Coach Institute in efforts to obtain full payment, if I fail to meet the conditions of this Agreement.
- I understand that a 10% late fee will be charged for payments not received, or unable to be processed, by installment due date.

Payment Plan Description:
I agree to pay $1,835 down and $1,835 per month for an additional 2 consecutive months with payments to be processed in 30 day installments. I agree that I am responsible for paying a total amount of $5,505.00 and understand there are no refunds after the first 30 days from enrollment.
